Bone & Muscle problems

I have heal pain all the time I have no swelling I limp if I sat to long but have the same pain if been on my feet to Long when I'm asleep if my feet crosses over the other one the pai. Wakes me and I'm not able to lift or bend my leg I have to wake some one to lift it for me or brace the pain sit up a bit and lift my leg up with my hands

Last 2yrs i hv Started problm for joint pain even single bone..early morning when i get up totaly painful ..so many test i was done bt not feeling fresh...so plz help me out..

My right foot fell in A ditch and got twisted. All my weight fell on the twisted foot's little toe side. It's been 3 5 days since the incident and half of my foot has gone green with swelling. I can't put weight on the foot and so can't walk properly. Please advise.

Injury happened May 1st, there was some pain in arm/ shoulder before injury, but nothing bad. (Like some throbs, or a slight ache but nothing like it is now) Dull, deep ache (burning? Pain?) in my lower neck to my elbow on right side. Including collar bone, and shoulder blade. Pain worsens when using arm. Pain never goes away. Pain meds don't help
