Pain in my knee
I slept yesterday with no pain in my knee but i woke up with a constant pain in my knee when i walk and when i stand up , when i bend it i dont feel much pain that i do when i walk ... a week ago i had some spasm and crumps in the same area and since then i have been having some kind of pain from time to time in my knee .. what the possible causes?

You need to rule out local and distant causes. Local causes if any history of injury, distant causes like lower back problems which can give reffered pain to the knee. Please consult an Ortho surgeon
