Sir/ Mam I am having a pain from ñeck to back specially around spinal area from ñeck to bottom. I am a student, and age is 20 yrs. Pain is from last 1 week, I gets more pain after waking up in morning. Please give some solutions.

D12 bone is litil bit pressed from front side. My work is left heavy weight daily. I can work I can walk but suddenly it's pian like hell. Cnt even breath when pian started,

My mother is having Palindromic Rheumatism for 11 years and taking regular medicine. Since last 6 months her right knee side gets frequent pain in movement lasting for a day to few hours. Orthopedic doctor advised her collagel syrup, physiotherapy and Rejoint tablet. No improvement in 3 months We showed to Dr Dharmanand, rheumatologist who confirmed that it's orthopedic problem requiring Ortho treatment. Dr recommended meniscus root repair through arthroscopy. Would like to take your advise and if surgery required take appointment. Also want to understand recovery period for surgery and whether it would involve using Walker.

Hi i have been to phsyio therapy they told i have quadrtus lumborum sprain . Got all test done citi mri urolgy test. Nthing came in that. Physio therapist told it can be cured by excersise and accupunter. Is there any medicine to strength ql muscle
