Hi, i am suffering with l4-l5 disk bulge from 2 years and getting some physiotherapy's based on the severity of pain.Reacently from past two months i am getting moderate to severe pain in l2-l3 level also that is cause pain in shoulder joints if the problem is severe.Please suggest me what to do and also suggest me best doctor to visit in hyderabad

Pain at L2-3 usually don't cause pain in the shoulder ..you may not be having correct Posture while doing work which can lead to stiffness or pain in the shoulder
