Reoccuring arm pain
Hello doc, i had suffered from trapezious muscle pain and rotatary tendonitis for about 75days. Since couple of weeks i had no pain. Slowly pain reduced in thiz period by taking physio and some exercise. Pain was extending this biceps. since yesterday i feel there is a slight occurrences of pain in my arm again. Please advise how to avoide this reoccurring pain.

Hello sir .. as you have already Seen a physiotherapist for the same .. you should go through all the exercises which your Physio would have suggested you to avoid recurrences.. Recurrences are common when you either over do an activity which you had not done before. Pls take care of your posture or the kind of pillow you use as sometimes a change in it can let to pain Trapezius ms spasm is usually recurrent if you don't stretch your ms properly or don't take breaks after prolonged sitting .
