I have bit pain in my shoulders and it restricts my shoulder movement i am been doing rotator cuff exercises to strengthen them but my mobility is still not that much and on doing side laterals it pains a bit and i guess its causing me to lift uneven. Please tell me how to regain my mobility and how can i lift weights evenly
