Bone & Muscle problems

Hi, My vitamin D level is 27 nmol/ml. Doctor has advised me to get vitamin D (arachitol 6lakh IU) injections. Is there any side effects for the same? Cant it be treated with vitamin D tablets? Please help Thanks, Vandana

Partial tear of carnial and mid third of tibial collateral ligament. This is as written in my mri. MY QUESTION IS : does ligament tear heal with time OR the partial tear still exist & does not effect the routine life.???? Does it heal with time or tear still exists?????
