Bone & Muscle problems

Since my ACL RECONSTRUCTION SURGERY is done using hamstring graft (Autograft)., now my leg does not have those tendons in their original place. Even my meniscus was trimmed as the tear was in white zone. HOW WILL THAT AFFECT MY SPORTS (FOOTBALL, BASKETBALL) LIFE. AND WILL BE IT'S LONG TERM EFFECTS. I AM 19 YEAR OLD. DOES HAMSTRING REGENERATE.

My grand mother got fever and started falling blood percentage even though she have injected with blood bottles its percentage is reducing and bones got weaken and broken in her tigh.

Having pain just below left knee cap at a point when walking otherwise ok when sitting or bending legs

Shoulder dislocated on 3/july/2017.Doctor told to dont remove sling for next 1 month(i.e. Upto 03/Aug/2017). I want to join new organization where my joining is on 01/Aug/2017. Currently am feeling ok,can i remove sling now? What to do if i removed sling? I want to join new organization with proper hand movement hence consult me what to do.
