I was walking fastly ... There was a step which I did not notice, Suddenly i fell down ...My foot got twisted and I've falled in a bad posture.. My Left Foot is completely swollen ... Iam not able to walk .. if I put my weight on the left leg there is pain ... Can anyone suggest .. how to get rid of the pain ?? And swelling ??

I have been suffering from back pain for the past one month and not able to bend Not able to stand for long time

I am having pains from few months on my finger joints. I am unable to find out why but it sometime it get worst. Looking for some suggestions.

I got scare.another ortho said is nothing to worry. My marriage also fixed .age is 34 wgt is 88.if i go surgery whuch easymethod nd howmanyday restinbed.
