Bone & Muscle problems

Hello Doctor, Yesterday I was suggested to have HLA B27 Test. The results are positive. But my MRI,URIC acid tests are normal. Please suggest me what next steps to be taken for HLA B27 results. I have back pain since 5 months .

I feel a pain in heels when I get up in morning. If i stand for long, it pains a lot. I am taking medicines but it has not relieved the pain so effectively. I do exercise daily.

Need a doctor who can help with bones. Mother is suffering from acute pain in her legs. She needs urgent help.

A small plastic weight fell on my foot causing contusion. When pain did not subside, X Ray was taken which did not show fracture. After 1 week, while examining the Dcotor pressed the point of injury after which there was intense pain and swelling. Even veins are swelling up now after 3 days. Do I have DVT? I am in Palampur, a remote region in HP

Sevier back pain that has happend once before. Possible bulging disk. Hip pain from muscle tention i think and sevier debilitating muscle spasms if move back at all. Pain across tops of thighs and it seems to wrap around my illiac all the way caross my back to the other side. Pain is worse left side and is almost enough to make me cry.

Complete rupture acl with moderate surrounding soft tissue oodema in keeping the acute or subacute injury.

I have plantar foot thickening in right above the middle of foot for many years pain severely sometimes but not always. Some physician said it was corn foot some other said corn will be only on pressure points so it's not corn it will be skin thickening

I got a hit (blow) on lower back right side and its hurting very bad . Not able to move right or left . Not able to lift.

After walking for 5-10min left leg started swinging as if there is no energy on left leg and cannot walk further than he has to wait for sometime to regain the energy on left leg to walk again. Whenever it happen it feels like an anesthesia injection has been injected.

Problem in ganglion dorsum in right hand and its little pain. Size is small so which treatment is best
