I have a very bad lower back pain from the past 2 weeks. Got my Vitamin D test done. Its just 7.93 Deficiency in vitamin D Cacitrol sachet. How do I take it? Does it have any side effects I am a kidney donor too.

He is aged 55,is diabetic under medications, having severe Pain in the left upper arm, not able to move the particular arm.. Since 6 months.

I have muscle aches for so many years now. Arms, shoulders and thighs are stiff and i can feel trigger points at back. I have been taking neugaba and prothiaden for so many years and cant leave now as i get constant tension headaches.

Now I m not able to understand actually what happened in my knee.Now My Dr. state the knee operation is required.

Sir, I have pain in both knees, elbows and joint of elbows to shoulder . pain in backbone. I met with Doctor first they told on getting x-rays of both knees and back bone that gap between bones reduced. and gave some medicine since last 6-months but my pain is still there. Sometimes when I get up from sleep, I felt numbness in my both hands also.
