Bone & Muscle problems

I was put in an air cast for my non displaced fractured first metatarsal. How often do I have to wear it? Currently I've only been wearing it when I'm up and moving around but not when I'm on the couch or sleeping. The fracture happened 1 week ago.

I am having pain in right shoulder when i twist the hand to back i used volin spray I am attaching x ray reports with this question

Hello, I've met an accident on May 4th 2017, my Scooty Slipped awfully, I fall on right side of arm, I got hurt on knees, arms, foot. I went home, cleaned it with detol and clean water, then I went to doctor he applied betadine which was painful because my skin was peeled, he has given me tetanus, after 4-5 days he has given me an injection for reducing pain, from that day when I got that pain killer injection on my arms my arms started paining like hell and it was numb on that area, i asked doctor he said it will become normal just keep on warming it and rub balms, i did, pain reduced, but till now i have that pain and that numbness, it reduced but when i touch it lightly too it pains, and its too much. I don't know what's happening? any suggestions please?

Have severe pain in bone below neck backside from past 1 week, head movement becomes difficult due to that, pain on my neck around neck and shoulders too. Keeping head facing straight is also painful.

I am having swelling and pain in my feet, hands, fingers, knees, ankle, wrists and having little lumps generating near by paining areas which are also painful... I can't walk and having too much pain

More pain at joints and also hands are also painful related nerves, left leg and right hand paining more. Actually 3days before my friend took sleeping pills after that she recovered but this problem came. What precursor before going to hospital,or at least to get small relief

In both knees problem very painful in doing work,in folding legs,much time standing etc.medicines are not working,in night also so much pain is having.
