Bone & Muscle problems

Sir after consuming whey protein I loss my biceps muscle size. But now I am taking all the proper diet and workout but my biceps size and weight both are not increasing. From last 4 month I only gain 1 kg weight

My wife have a pain in both hand and both leg about 3 years. Please help me what treatment should give my wife

Pain in bottom of both feet after walking. If I apply pain balm it goes away. But comes back after walking on same day or after 2-3 days
