In MRI report my last disc of spine is going black due to serum and i have permanent pain in my spine, it's always paining. I have done physio therapy as well as treament also but not get better results, So please provide me the right solution for this thing.

Sir, i have lower back and leg pain in right side of body since 3 month also used some medicine adviced by a doctor but still problem is not resolved.i can not walk 20-100m continue due to lower leg pain,in night when I go for sleeping ,that time if I want to change my sleeping position then I feel pain in lower leg joint and back pain sir plz help
