Bone & Muscle problems

Does this case requires surgery? Because there is tearing of anterior and antero-inferior glenoid labrum with periosteal stripping from glenoid. Also there is mild right shoulder joint effusion and minimal Fluid surrounding biceps tendon. Also with Hill Sach's defect. Kindly suggest because I would like to know if all this can be cure with medicines other than surgery.

My aunt having builds on her backs after vaccines on delivery... She is now suffering from pain and hard builds her back...
