Knee pain on sports and squatting long
I have a MRI of my right knee. I have pain in my knee after playing sports or sitting in squat position for long. after sitting in squat for long it is very painful to get up

You seem to have Anterior Knee Pain - Patello-femoral pain Syndrome (PFPS). You can google these terms and learn more about how to reduce your pain. You may also have flat feet coincidentally. Please visit an Orthopaedic Knee Surgeon for further management.
