Had acl surgery 4 months ago!
Does drinking beer affects outcomes of acl surgery? I doing my physiptherapy everyday! And should i start gym workouts ?

Drinking excess beer and risking falling down will definitely put your ACL reconstruction at risk :-D..
Pls stick to the rehabilitation protocol given by your surgeon.
