Bone & Muscle problems

I've been suffering with joint pains since 2months ..And I've used so many painkillers but it causes to some breath and gastric effect..So i want solution to my problem because i am just 20..But it not caused by any accident ..Then i don't know why it happens like this..

So I was trail running yesterday, and about 5 minutes in I fell on some rocks. I cut up my hands, but those are fine. After getting up, I limped for a little bit, before being able to finish my run. The ball (lateral malleolus) on the outside of my ankle now hurts when I touch it, and the tendon above it feels fairly tight.

My father who is 45 years old and he has a high knee pain. I checked him many doctors but there is no effect on it....please directed me

Small slap tear on shoulders and back side .its pain on that both side I want to join Gym . it's ok to do Gym .I done operation also for that but still after operation small tear is there

8 year old daughter experiencing severe leg pain from past 1 year. Have seen docs and physiotherapist as well in UK. They have diagnosed nothing. They mentioned it could be the growth spurt causing leg pain. She is 134 cms tall for 8 yrs age. Vitamin D level is 36. Which is low. Kindly advise. Thank you

उजव्या पायात गुडग्याच्या खाली खुप दुखते 3 वेळा mri पण केला तर त्यात हाडाच्या आत गाठ आहे म्हणून सांगितले आहे पण त्या गाठी चे निदान लागले नाही कशाची गाठ आहे ते 2 वेळा बायोस्पि पण केली आहे ,पेट्स स्कॅन पण केलाय तरी पण काय कळत नाही टाटा हॉस्पिटल मदे टेंटमेंट केली आहे त्यांनी सांगितले आहे की तुम्हा ला कॅन्सर नाही आहे म्हणून पण आता मला खुप त्रास होतोय

Ive broke my ankle 8 years ago now and ive always had problems with it since at every end of the day its swollen and some days i cant even walk on it every time i go hospital with it they say its just swollen and will go down soon it never does. Its impacting my life my job im taking pain killers everyday just to get through.im fed up of the pain
