Upper Back Pain
Since a few days, the right side of my upper back has been aching. Whenever I take a deep breath, I feel a pop near my spine.

If you have had pain for a few weeks and if it is not being relieved with simple painkillers, you will need to see an Orthopaedic spinal surgeon for further assessment and investigations.
