I fractured my calcaneus in two places in February. I've been walking with a cane for a few weeks. Yesterday my heal started feeling bruised and really sensitive to touch, for no reason. Is this normal, or do I need to call my doctor?

Calcaneal fractures are treated by keeping the leg elevated and not putting any weight on the leg. Walking on it makes it painful and can move the fracture. You need to go and see an Orthopaedic surgeon for this.
