My father is 64 yrs old. He had beecn diagnosed with bulge or gap in ls1 spine. He wqs advised to do an.operation.
But seeing his age he is refusing.. this was arounf 1 yr back. He is active but today the pain has started again.

Normally grade 1 and grade 2 bulges are strictly physiotherapy Cases and it should be treated by qualified physiotherapist.Normally it consists series of electrotherapy and exercise therapy for at least 3-4 weeks.
