2-3 days earlier my right starts paining , I usually runs on treadmill .
I had done the x ray and it says "Joint space Slightly reduced "
what should i do
if possible provide home remedy otherwise write medicines.

Running on treadmill is potentially harmful for joints especially if the joint is already showing signs of degenerative changes and also not rightfully building your knee muscles.
Stop treadmill completely. Try doing simple strength exercises with machine / weights 3 times/ week.for atleast 6 weeks. Keep the intensity medium.
Do only brisk walking after that for 3-4 days 30 minutes.

overdoing on treadmill can damage your joint permanently and lead to complications.

Avoid pointed shoes.
