I did gyming for 3-4 months in 2022 when the knee pain started. I thought it is normal and got better with time but it never fully eliminated. It happens usually when going upstairs or downstairs, jumping, or certain activities like doing squat, getting up after sitting for few mins. Its not very severe but I feel it as weak knees and pain specially while these activities. I got an xray done where physiotherapist suggested it might be arthritis but I'm too young for that. Can you please help me know by xray attached if it is arthritis or something serious? Thank you!
