Bone & Muscle problems

I have regularly pain in back, it is so painful. it has approx last three years, but i never take any tablet for the same.

Sir, my legs and hands (turn wise) pains a lot without any reason. It pains so much that if I tie dupatta I get little relieved. Next day I am normal. But now the pain stays, I get relaxed if I tie dupatta around my legs during night or sometimes when my 10 yr old daughter jumps & sits on my legs. But the pain is still there. Please advise me.

Allopathic doctor told it is muscle weakness & not arthritis. fluid is not there in joint, hence sound comes, tried homeopathic n ayurvedic, not much imporvment,whether any chiropractor dr can treat this ?

In left arm continue pain from shoulder to muscle, also unable to lift arm in up direction up to full limit. Its from last 1.5 months Tryed everything like malish, aquapressere, Medicine etc.

I have lost range of motion in my hip. Any activity involving my legs hurts, including sitting and laying down. It hurts to bend my knee and rotate my hip, pain radiates downward.
