Bone & Muscle problems

Pain in my hands and feet. I suspect its from sickle cell trait. Then I began having night sweats its gone on for about 4 nights

Recently It has diagnosed in my MRI report "displaced evulsion fracture of greater tuberosity of humerus at the attachment of supraspinatus tendon". I have shown this to the orthopedic surgeon who said that surgery is needed for recovery & the expenditures for this would be around Rs. 1.5 lac. Other hand one of the most well-known orthopedic surgeon said that surgery is not required small bone part has displaced from its original bone so I should take  the proper rest for 2 months with sling arm. Pls guide me the right way what I do in this case. Shall I go for surgery or only proper rest is enough for complete recovery? I'm attaching here my MRI report for your better understanding.

My right arm shoulder has pain i am unable to reach my left shoulder without it "popping out" and becoming painful and losing strength in it

Sir, iam suffering with mixed O.C.D. also taking treatment at NIMHANS, Bangalore since 3years. Doctor advised DAXID 100mg one at night now it is no problem. But since few months iam getting body pains,(joints,muscles). my age is 45, working as teacher sir. i need your valuable suggestions and treatment sir . this is my humble request.

Stool not pass last 15days. . stomach expanded along with pain in side of back bone. .. not regular pain. pain occured with in time interval. are its gas problem or hv any orthopedic disorder??

Dear Sir/ Madam, I have already check with doctor but doctor say take tablet Saaz and HCQS continue so please tell me any side effect of this tablet.

After 2 months only the sharp edges get less sharper and doctor suggested me to put 30% weight on my bone with the help of a walker. Query: Now its almost 3 month and still i feel a little pain when i touch my finger on fracture area(just very less pain). Ans i want to ask that after how much time ill able to walk without any help of walker

There is always a pain in all of my joints. for that I even can't sleep properly due to so much pain while turning to another side. I can't walk properly due to pain and I can't seat in the floor because of heavy pain in my ankle. I can't move my neck for pain. please suggest me a doctor or a particular filed(eg. Neurology, Orthopedic etc.) where I can go and consult with a doctor.

Ankle injury from last friday. Pain and swelling still there. Please help. Do i need to take x-ray of this.
