Bone & Muscle problems

Suddenly since few days i am getting abrupt jerk in my knees while walking or turning swiftly. I earlier had a ACL injury to the same knee 2yrs ago. Is this because of the same reason? any suggestion?

I am 16 years old and i have figured out that i have flat feet since long and that it is bad. It is getting difficult for me to stand on toes for long. I also feel cracking and popping of knee and hip joints which are occuring more often day by day. I don't know what to do. Please help.

I've been experiencing numbness of my hands whenever I do things, e.g gripping on handrails for a short period of time. (right hand), it feels like my right hand is so tired. Then some times my ring finger on my left hand can't move, numb and frozed. i have to massage it for a while to back again. sometimes I suddenly feel a heaviness on my body.

I ankle got sprained a year back and consulted a doctor and took an xray, there is no bone fracture and he said that it may be a hairline fracture and gave medicines and i went for physiotherapy also .after 1.5 year now shoot pains are starting..please suggest what to do

I keep getting sudden unbearable lower back aches. Its more like a sprain. Its somewhere near the spine. Every time I bend a lil' I get the sudden pain which is why I get scared of bending. There is no swelling too. I used to get it before too but it stopped for abt 5months and now it is back. Pls help P.S.I'm 17 yrs old n I have no weight issues.

My right leg feels more heavier than left leg. I have a feeling of muscle cramp from my waiste area till toe.

My brother has got a right anklw fracture and a small crack in the bone.doctors are suggesting minor surgery.plz suggest as we dont want to operate we just want to have a plaster which can heal the injury
