How long should I avoid sitting cross-legged after femur fracture? I had broken proximal femur 6-7 months back, underwent ORIF, plates and screws are still in place. The fractured is healed completely and I can walk freely now w/o any problem. But sitting cross-legged is something that causes pain in hip joint. Kindly advise.

I am having lower back ache problem since march 2016.i have consulted many doctors but problem remain same.today morning i got extreme pain in lower back while having bath.

I WAS AT GOVERMENT QUARTER AND IN FIRST FLOOR , AS THERE WAS NO PROPER ARRANGEMENT TO DRY UP CLOTHES OVER THE ROOF. THE LADDER WAS MADE WITH SIMPLY IRON ROD BENT AND FITTED TO WALLS. I FELT DOWN TWO TIMES FROM THESE LADDERS AND GOT INJURED, SUBSEQUENTLY CONSULTED ORTHOPADEIC DOCTORS AND X-RAY DONE AND LITTLE CRACK NOTICED IN REPORT AND TOOK MEDICIN

I have met with an accident and it has been half a year but after the day of the accident I am not able to move my elbow down i.e I have extension problem in right elbow can anyone plzz help me out.i have economic problem at house as well and I am in 12th STD.

Having acute pain in neck and right shoulder which is spreading towards spine, This is happening from last 8-9 days.

Having a great pain in my foot ,heel part ,,,,can u give me remedies to overcome it..................................... i usually play volleyball and cricket for state..while playing.. there will be less pain but after play it will be enormouslyy more

I have severe pain in right hip central part, can not walk due to pain and also difficulty in standing and goes down the leg. On jerks pain increases.i have been taking some pain killer ultracit tab, a muscle relaxant capalong with calcium tab and pentacid. This problem is since last more than a month. Kindly suggest treatment tests to be taken.

My dad(63yr) is suffering from arithritis in the joint area , He is taking dolo 650 Glucosamine and chondroitin but that didn't help him , please suggest medicines or even tests that are required. Thanks
