Bone & Muscle problems

I have had sore hips for a while and been struggling with the pain and painful popping. I'm very sporty and no longer can run,horse ride etc as it's to painful. I also now get pain in my knees and feet. When I walk for about 30 mins I get really bad pain in the bottom of my feet. When my knees hurt it tends to be either on the sides top or bottom

I am experiencing knee pain from last. 8-10 days. It's mostly localised pain in the knee joint. I don't have any arthritis history.

Side of right foot paining and I put vololin and covered with crepe bandage then also paining... I worried is my foot is alright ..I hope there should be no bone issues .. my foot is swelled from side where is ankel (guut)

Today around 12.30 scooty had fallen on my left foot. I cant walk due to severe pain. Have applied combiflame ointment and tied crape bandage bt I hv no relief in pain till now. Plz tell wht to do

I hurt my knee two days ago when I fell from stairs. In the beginning I didn't feel much pain but after a day it started swelling up and now it has turned bluish.
