Hello Doctor, I met with a fracture on my right humerus on Nov 30th 2016. I got operated with a plate and a screw.Now i have a titanium plate attached to my bone. I am a avid Gym freak and its been 2 months since i resumed working out. Now will i ever regain my strength back to normal and can i ever hit heavy weights. Please reply thanks

I had met small accident and my right leg knee got injured. I took MRI scan as per doctor suggestion and he suggested to do surgery. Does it really required surgery. Crackling sound and pain in knee joint while squatting or sitting down - whenever I squat or sit down, both my knees make sound when knees get bent. I also feel mild pain in knee joint occasionally when I bend knees or I stand for a long time. The pain goes off automatically after couple of minutes when I make movement (like walking). Pls suggest.

I experience severe pain in my left leg right above the ankle. I am unable to walk bare foot and my leg hurts near the ankle. Mornings are bad. Through the day the pain subsides. But sometimes I have pain in the afternoon also.
