Constant joint pain
Swelling in both the knees and anklee alternatively for thr last three month within a gap of few days from recovery of pain from one legs. Nor full recovery has taken place in all such incidence even after taking medicine prescribed by doctors.

Knee Popping out of place
Started when I was 10 years old. My knees will pop out of place and pop right back in Usually it happens when I'm walking or in a weird position. However today I was sitting on the couch with my legs up and my left knee cap pops out of place and back in. It was beyond painful. I've tried PT three times with no results. Help?!
