Bone & Muscle problems

I have a back pain since the past two days, when i try to move it twitches and the pain is a lot. This happened because i had a fall.

I m experiencing muscle pain in legs from last 2-3 months approx. Sometimes swelling is also there in legs below knees and in ankel too. The pain increases in the evening.

Sir,i got an fracture i adviced doctor i took and rest for one month doctor said fracture was cured and now problem is pain while walking may be nerve problem i cant even step down at some times and this pain is from after i got cured from fracture. from begining of my  accident this pain was not there but after removing the cement bandage ...it was paining so plz. consult me thanking you sir

When I did a backflip and had to push myself back with my arm, I heard a pop, later when I twist my right arm clock ward and counter clock ward I hear a loud pop from my arm. I don't feel pain just the loud pop sound. Is it a strain, or tear? Do I need to talk to a doctor for the problem to not get worse. (I'm 20 years old)

In July 2015 was diagnosed with a chip fracture in my right feet during that time experienced pain (7/10) after a week's rest got better and resumed work. Since yesterday morning the pain started again and has been increasing through the day as I went through the day. By night started extreme pain when walking or standing mild pains at rest

I was diagnoised with disc degenerative disease in my back this year in March however a recent spinal specialist report states I also have disc buldges at T6.7.8.9 and 10 followed with annular tears at t6.7.8.9 and 10 is this dangerous ? What does this mean ? Is there any cures or help with pain?
