Bone & Muscle problems

I feel pain in my lower ribs. and then my back and its like it moves around. I also have alot of anxcity.

I have problem in my last bone, when i change from sitting to standing or vice versa, it gives me tremendous pain. Can you suggest the next steps i should take.

Sir i am doing weight lifting exercise from 7 years. i have no elasticity. if i slap or play bedmintion where one hand engage in doing speedy shot. after playing some shot. my shoulder started paining. at this stage i cant move my hand.

I met with an accident 3 days ago and after all the X-RAY reports I am informed about torn ligament in knee and coccydynia. How long will it take to heal and what should I do in order to be back to normal? Is there any particular diet that I need to follow? I am 6ft tall and I weigh around 115kg. I have no other problems but I am allergitic to dust and pollens. 7 years back I had an operation in my left hand due to elbow fracture. Please help me.

Hi, My mother is suffering from pain and buring sensation on the top of feet to be specific. the arch area . Her feet is becoming flat and she is not able to walk without pain and even not able to pick her feet and legs easily without pain . P.S. She is not diabetic. Please suggest which doctor we should visit and what could possibly be the treatment. Thanks in advance. Any help is much appreciated.

My wife feels severe pain in her heels after she gets up from bed. Also after standing in kitchen for some time she gets the pain in her heel.

For the past five days the area on the top of my left foot next to my fourth toe has been numb. Movement of my foot and ankle etc is normal. I had a bruise on my left knee but it has mostly faded, I have just moved house so it's possible I injured that leg carrying furniture but don't remember. I work at a desk and have long term upper back pain.
