Bone & Muscle problems

While running on slope tree, suddenly one sound came and fell down from tree.  I admit  to hospital. Sevier pane and swelling in right knee, no fracture was found in x-ray test.  After one week,  MRI  report, BONES: lateral tibial condyle show compression fracture involving surface with adjacent bone oedema.  IMPRESSION:a) LATERAL TIBIA CONDYLE COMPRESSION FRACTURE  b)  MODERATTO SERVE JOINT EFFUSION.  the doctor  told advised to  take bed rest 3-4 weeks.  It will automatically heel, use crepe and knee brace long in right leg. put the leg straight,  don't walk, he has given initially tabs zerodol, sompraz 40mg and inactive philogram before MRI.  AFTER MRI,  HE IS GIVEN CALCIUM TAB ADTROL PLUS FOR ONE MONTH. BUT STILL NO IMPROVEMENT AFTER 20 DAYS.

1week back I was fall down from byke towards right side, my right shoulder joint & arm paining me a loy, suggest me on this

Experience some discomfort on my knee when i lying in bed or when i place my leg on table. I dont actually know it is a pain . Feels very discomfort some time.

Hallo doctor, I am suffering from severe neck and shoulder pain ...I am working in a call centre for last 4 months. Work timings are for 9 hours with headset.After one hour of the work time....I am getting severe pain on my neck....I went to doctor and had x Ray and vitamin D test....reports are attached . Had fever with joint and muscle pain. Blood test was done a day after fever and joint pain started. Report shows Dengue Igg=POSITIVE ; Igm=NEGATIVE and NS1 Antigen= NEGATIVE. What does this indicate and what has to be done?

Disc degenerative disease in back. With "disc like material in my spinal Canal" my specialist report says. I'm 20 years old.. Iv has this problem since 16 is there any medication I can ask my doctor to prescribe I was on gabapentin however they didn't work.. Exercise makes the pain worse.. The pain is crippling and server every day

I had met with an accident on 27july 2017 and my colar bone is fractured now a surgeon suggested me to tie a clavical blace on my shoulder so please may I know is it enough to recover the fracture or not.
