I am continuing pain in the arch of the feet at one point which does not allow me to walk or run confortably. If i strech or use roller to massage pain come down

You have to rule out flat foot. For that u need to get x-ray of for Ap and lateral. In case if u have flat foot, you need to use the arch support.
