Bone & Muscle problems

I had met with accident, got heel fracture and now after 40 days my Medicine are over, i was prescribed Tricium Plus. Currently my doctor is out of reach and i need advice should i continue same tablets untill i get further consultantion or what? Please help me out..

I was suggested bed rest with bulged l4 and l5 conclusions but after having done everything the doctor told I still feel tightness and stiffness in the back..I underwent physio for 2 months but it was temporary. Kindly suggest if chiropractor is the permanent relief option
