I think , I have a ligament tear . The right foot t bend in the wrong direction yesterday while playing squash an had a popping sound. Now theres some pain and I cannot put weight on that feet.

While bending the index finger of right hand, I feel this immense pain. The pain is felt only while bending the finger after a certain point and lifiting anything heavy. Otherwise there is no pain felt generaly.

The pain is usually worse in the morning when I take my first steps out of bed, or if I’ve been sitting or lying down for a while. Pain isn’t usually felt during the activity but rather just after stopping.

Yesterday I had practice in the morning for soccer, but nothing hurt after, but in the afternoon, when i started jogging the right side of my right kneecap started hurting and the pain would shoot down to my ankles and it hurts when i walk now

I am 19. I go to gym regularly. I take supplements. Now I've started taking Creatine monohydrates. I'm experiencing pain in my arms and Finger Joints. Plz tell me is it due to Creatine? (I have uric acid probs)
