Bone & Muscle problems

I feel week my right hand r week & heavy pain.and fingers not ful grip my right side hand &leg week.

Pain in joints so i want to ask neurobion forte tablet applicable for women or it is only for men That s it

High-grade  complete  tear of mid 3rd  of  anterior  cruciate  ligament  with oedematous torn fibres in  intercondylar region.   Impacted fracture of anterolateral  femoral  condyle and ill-defined  bone  marrow contusion  in posterior  aspect  of tibial  condyles  and  inferior part  of patella  -Bone bruise changes..   Mild knee joint effusion.Chip fracture  of lateral  margin  of lateral  tibial  condyle-Avulsion  fracture of lateral collateral  ligament.Grade 2 degeneration  signals  in posterior horn  of medial  meniscus. I can able to do every activity.im facing problem when i suddenly changing my running direction using injured leg. i know that need to do surgery but is it mandatory for now? if i forget about football to play in my lifetime again then is surgery needed too? without acl will affect my movement during aging? will it lead to any type of arthritis as aged? can i able to swim without ACL? In your clinic is there insurance coverage for this operation?

When I was little I broke my collar bone and now it hurts when I do sorten things. There are times where I cant even move it.
