Bone & Muscle problems

I was fallen down during my badminton play.the right knee patella dislocated and came back.I consulted a doctor and suggested to go for MRI,then i was told that it is full ACL tear. I went for a second opinion in rajahmundry, doctor checked manually and it may not be an ACL tear instead may be miniscus tear.Please help me,whether surgery is a must

I slipped and fell down, got hurt in the knee, there is no swelling but it's painful.. I applied ice cubes, spray etc

I have been suffering from joint pain issue since 10 years. I have gone through many medications, but still I m not able to overcome from the said issue....From last few years I was using DMRDs. Methotrexate, hydroxycloroquine and lornoxicam + thiocolchicoside. Please suggest what to do ? who m I should co tact? Or consult?
