Bone & Muscle problems

From last 3 months, I am facing burning or pain in two of my legs during night. Please suggest me how to overcome or treatment procedure.

I had 104.4 fever on July 3rd 2017...fever lasted for 4 days...got the blood test done..dengue is negative..doctor suspecting it to be Chickengunya..hv too much of pain in the ankle, wrist, shoulders, Palm, sides and back of the feet. When I take painkillers I get relief but after dat pain will be too much...couldn't walk properly for 3 days.

My mother in low have muscles pain in hand. Also neck pain. previously traction and high doses , physiotherapy were done but still pain is constant.

My wife's All Joints pain, swelling all fingers, left elbow locked 13 yrs back and stiffness since 18 yrs.and now she is in medication Folitrex -15mg. weakly ,Folvite tab tue and fri.,Sajo 1 tab daily and omnacortil 10mg daily but still have pain and stifness three four drs. changed till now but she have problem again and again pls. suggest

I was advised Zerodol SP for 5 days, twice a day for controlling pain and inflammation due to a finger dislocation. I noticed some blood in my stool today. Can it be related to this medication? How should i proceed here? Thank you
