Bone & Muscle problems

I have been suffering from joint pain issue since 10 years. I have gone through many medications, but still I m not able to overcome from the said issue....From last few years I was using DMRDs. Methotrexate, hydroxycloroquine and lornoxicam + thiocolchicoside. Please suggest what to do ? who m I should co tact? Or consult?

My wife got fever for 2 days and after fever she developed pain from neck to left shoulder. Acelofenac and paracetamol combination gave her relief. But it comes again. Pain is not going even after 3 weeks of fever. She is zumba trainer and done some classes whenever she felt relief. Shall we meet general physician? Not sure if we should meet to ortho or PT or rest for some more time. Best Regards

I felt pain on the side of sine above ankle after running a week for almost 5-7 km daily with 2 days rest in between. I Have completed half marathon twice before but this time I started running after break of 4-5 months. I rested 2 weeks and then saw PT. He did TENS and Laser for 11 days and suggested exercise. And suggested try running again after 2-3 days. So after ~5 weeks of complete rest and  2 weeks of PT with hot/cool packs etc., I started running again, but pain came even after running 300 meters. Vitamin D is 11.75. Looking for suggestions what I should do. Shall I meet Ortho or someone else.

I am facing difficulty in writting, my hands, shoulder and neck pain a lot. MRI is negetive. But yesterday I was advised chest x-ray where it shows that I am suffering from Cervical Rib Syndrome. I have taken physiotherapy also but nothing worked.
