Bone & Muscle problems

I have injured one of my knee after running. Doctor diagnosed with condromallecia patellae in one knee and damaged/regeneration of cartilage. It was treated for some time by orhtopaedist and pain was relieved for some time. After a period of 3 months now the knee again started hurting. It's a bit uncomfortable on the top inner side muscles of the knee. Now the other knee is started to have some mild pain at the same point. I have stopped running, not doing any leg exercise and no much pressure. It's getting worse. Please suggest something so that I can return to normal life as I am too young to get knee related issues. Can it be recovered.?

I ve been suffering from this whole body ache after 3 months of delivery. I had to do lot of homechoirs for the whole month with improper rest n till date(1& half year) the pain is persistent. Especially my lower feet n back. My lower feet pains wen i get up to walk after sleep or if i sit for a while.Kindly help!!

From last 4 months i feel little swallowing and stiffness inside the knee..while walking and at rest also...it started 4 months ago when i started running..after few days i feel that problem..i do all my daily work easily..but there feel inside the knee..there is no injury in past..what should i do now?

Dear doctor I have a pain in my leg nerves during walk so pls suggest any treatment because I can't walk normally my parents are crying due to my leg pain

I am an adult and suffering from pain in knee especially while climbing and getting down from stairs

I've been having constant knee pain. all around my knee cap but occasionally it is below my knee. been getting worse. sometimes it's a sharp pain. it swells up and is very hard to walk on

Soon after the MRI was done doctor suggest some medicine and i am taking it nearly 3 months .my back pain comes frequently but left hip and the legs is always in worse pain daily.. the medicine name is cortilone,Divon SR,Pregabalin-75,baxical plus,lupila-10 . Please help me doctor i am just 17 yrs old and unable as if my age is 60 yr. I am having difficulties in my daily life. I think due to lack of good doctor. I may using wrong step. Here is my MRI scan report and blood report below. Now a days my hand and body gets tired. My hip left hip muscles tightens sometimes. I get pain at morning waking up from bed and the pain continues. I cant bend my knee,if i bend it for about 30 seconds it hurts. Please help i am feeling unresistable pain at this age. MY hip pain is always with me and i an unable to even go school. Please please suggest good medicine and exercise. I want to take good step on curing it.

When i was get up in morning i can't moving any way... tgis is very painfull for me... after sometime it was littlebit relife pain.. bt its continually paining if i m laying

The trouble started when my father had a minor fall from a two-wheeler, around a month ago. Since then, he is having pain while moving his arms which then progressed to acute backache and now even his legs. He is not able to walk or stand for more than a minute at a time. I also noticed a throbbing nerve near the knee area of his leg. We have consulted two different physicians- one an orthopaedist- but to no avail. There is very little improvement, if any. Please advise as to how should we go ahead with any further treatment.
