Bone & Muscle problems

I am having pain in the right leg knees and also left hand elbows. In left hand there is radiating pain from wrist till shoulder. There was gangleon formed in the wrist earlier. The vitamin D is 13 and Uric acid level is high. I am taking allopurinol 300 mg since last 10 days. Kindly suggest.

One month before my wife shifted 255 ltr Samsung fridge from upper ground floor to 3rd floor after that she is facing pain in whole back even in ribs also when she do washing clothes pain increases she feels stiffness in neck also some she feels pain to move hand when she walks plz suggest

Got the knee pain from last 3 weeks. i felt the same 2 years ago. then it was ok. but now i got it again.

I have constant pain from left shoulder joint to full hand and pain in neck also since 3-4 days. Because of that I feel numbness in left hand fingers.

Suffering from right thigh mussle strain for about 15 days.. Beginning normal and later increased dif in walking properly. Taken a week medicine as per doctor advice.. No change in pain or situation.. Pls help..

My legs were very thin and opposite shape from each other due to that lower body portion is thin unshape they are noticable during walking and even they were pauning in summer too much and if i walk m really worried coz of this m unable to wear tight jeans n shorts coz they looks so horrable pls suggest something really good wich is really give a good result
