MRI Report - diffuse posterior disc bulge is seen at l3-l4 and l5-s1 indenting thecal sac mildly narrowing bilateral lateral recess and bilateral neural formina. Also, did NCV Test but it was normal.
Symptoms - Strain in both legs in the veins. Had a history of compression around 2.4 yrs back in L5-S1.

You need to undergo physiotherapy to strengthen your back muscles.
If tour pain is severe you may ask your doc for epidural steroid injections for temporary relief so that you can undergo physio.
