Hi, my knees have been liking me, I can get out the car or be caring a box of books up stairs or just walking and it feels like their popping out of place, recently my left knee hurts really bad when I'm trying to walk and my dad says that it's called nobby knees that it runs in the family, I just wanted to know if there is anything I can do about

For last few days i am having pain in the outer side of my thighs specially when I am walking. I have slip disk problem on my left side and which cases sciatica pain as well.. want the know is my right side is also getting effected with slip disc or sciatica. I am having pain on my buttocks as well. Please suggest

Hi doctor,   I am Harish and I am suffering from joint pains from last 2 years. I get pain in fingers, palms, knee joints, heels and soles. I consulted doctors few times.They are saying that take the medicine whenever I get pain. But these days I am getting the pain very frequently (monthly 3 to 4 times atleast). I don't know what to do. In my ACL RECONSTRUCTION SURGERY hamstring (Autograft) is used. It is fixed with bioabsorbable screw on tibial side and endobutton on femoral side. I just want to know is this technique reliable.
