Pain in knees, kind of locking
From last 10 days, I am having severe pain in my knees and leg pain. It is worst, if I sit for long hours . It feels like kind of nerve pulls around knees. I have 38 years old. Had some issue of lost vitamin D and B12 last year and was on medication for 6 months.

MRI of rightknee joint reveals,
• Grade I sprain of anterior cruciate ligament as described.
• Grade II horizontal tear involving the posterior horn of medial meniscus. Grade III radial tear involving the anterior horn of medial meniscus
• Gastrocnemius bursitis.
• Mild joint effusion.

Shoulder pain
In the begining of June we went to Mount Abu. I carried my two year old daughter constantly on shoulder. Since then I have pain on left shoulder joint. Initially I was unable to lift my hand. Now I can move my hand but I am not getting strength and if I suddenly try to move my hand I get pain in muscle.

Pain in left heel only
My mother is experiencing a pain in her left heel from a long time for which she also consulted several doctors , as such advice was given to her were like to reduce her weight , & she has given some pain killer tablets for temporary relief , but now it has been worse these days , some times it even spread to whole leg.

My mom having too much knee pain
My mom is having too much knee pain.. As per docters there is no crack in it. Then whats the problm. When she sleeps in one direction after sometimes she is unablr to straighten her legs. And sometimes while walking she seems like she will fall, as her leg from knee part seems like to fold from itself. So we all are tensed on this matter..
