I am a woman about 54 years old do not work anytask and also not walking pain in knee and wrist and finger

In january 2017 I have had my first baby. And from last 5 months i am having continuous pain in my backbone, palms and feet, which gets severe at the time i stand after sitting or when i wake up, and decreases after 10 to 15 minutes after i walk to do household jobs. I am a home maker and mother of a 6 months old baby, so i hardly get any time for workout. What can be the cause of my problem and Whom should i consult?

My mom's wrist of right hand is suffering pain. Just beneath where the thum bone ends (scaphoid), styloid process of the radius is emerged out. A small horny projection is visible on the skin. My mother have type 2 diabetes and rheumatoid for 4yr. She take treatment regularly. Tab. Glimepride 4mg Tab. HCQS 200mg Tab. Folitrax 10mg (weekly) If more pain. She take a injection of methylprednisolone. 3 day before she take a injection, after injection feel allergy in body. itching in body and asleep. Please suggest
