If I flex my elbow at 90 degrees or further it hurts on the underside of my elbow. If i hyper extend my elbow and tense it makes a loud painful pop, different than a knuckle cracking, I assume this is tendon coming across the bone. would this be the reason why I get the pain? how can I get rid of this problem permanently ?
