Acl partial tear
It has been 10 months since I dislocated my knee cap. I went through the procedure of regaining flexion and also worked on my quadriceps and and calf muscles. I also did cycling and rowing, for about 2 months. After all these efforts i'm still not able yo run and even my knee flexion is not complete . 10 to 15 degrees are still pending when I bend my knee. I even did swimming(only freestyle) for a month(suggested by my doctor) I am not able to play any kind of sports and not able to jog at least. I am very depressed right now since i can't even dance this year at my college. My MRI came to be perfect ( mri was taken in the month of May) with almost negligible tear in the acl but still i'm not able to run. I have no plan of what to do next, please suggest me a workout routine to get me back into sporting activity, and also please suggest me a path which I could follow. Thanks in advance! P.S: I'm sorry if i sounded too desperate, that's the kind of situation I'm in right now.

What kind of procedures did you exactly go through to gain your knee movements? Have you consulted any Physiotherapist for the same? If not then I would recommend you to go to a good Physiotherapist in your area on a priority basis. Please check with the therapist regarding duration and intensity of all the exercises and follow them religiously on a daily basis. Hope this helps.
Next Steps
