Bone & Muscle problems

For the past two months I have resumed jogging which i had stopped few years back. For a week now, there's been a radiating pain developing from below the left ankle to the heel, also radiating toward the toes. I have also observed that I have an ankle like shape (or swelling) that's developed above the left ankle separately but it gives no pain.

My bike slipped an year ago as i was sitting as pillion bike weight came on to my right crural(leg) it pained for some time but it then went away. Normally it does'nt pain. but when i go for jogging it pains a lot. please suggest

Right leg got slightly bend at knee and remains stiff and pains. Consulted orthopedic who advised for surgery at AIIMS at Bhubaneswar. Then asked another specialist on probable success due to age factor, he remarked in negative. Both the knee movements getting restricted day by day. Pls advice.

I twisted my ankle last night. It's slightly swollen and pains a lot when I walk. I applied ice compressions twice.

I have lower back pain which will transmit sometimes to hips and legs from last one year. Recently I have done an MRI in which doctor detected disc prolapse in L3/L4 and adviced for surgery. I don't want to operate it at this age.. Hence I want to ask is there any alternative treatments available to recover from it completely? I have attached the report of MRI. Thank you.

I've had Neck pain on my right side of Neck and behind my right eye also running dwn my right shoulder. For about a year now. I don't have the money to go to the doc. I always have headachs on my right side of neck/head constantly It feels like my right nostril has a sinus infection or something Idk. Do you have any idea what this could be?

My mother is suffering from plantar fibroma..but she is having sugar..so it's not possible to cure by operate it..so what are the easiest way to cure it by wearing proper footwear and massage like foot band...can anyone please suggest me..

My index finger clicks at the top joint repetitively whenever I bend it and I can feel it. Sometimes it doesn't click and sometimes it does, so it happens randomly

10th june i had my fistula surgery . for 1 week i was on atibiotic and painkiller . After 1 week for post op check i went to doc,he changed my meds as only antibiotic .Suddenly i had fever and inner thigh pain . Then my knee got swollen . Doc removed fluid from knee but pain in knee and upper back exist, had paracetamol for 10 days now no fever
