Constant back pain 10+ yrs
Suffered a cervical spine strain about 10 yrs ago. Also whiplash at the time. Happened due to a few feet fall. Ever since ive experienced dibilitating lower back pain which is getting worse. Im losing mobility and ability to work. Doc's keep saying im fine but it feels like my spines crushing. What should i do. I want to know whats wrong

Pain in feet and ankle
Hi All,
From quite 4-5 months i am having pain under my feet and ankle. And even if he press my ankle lightly i feel painful. I don't have any such trauma/ injury in past. Could you please advice what can be the problem as there is no swelling as well as rashes on my feet and ankle.

Knee joint pain with popping sound
I have been suffering from severe knee joint pain for past one month.I consulted two doctors. Both of them said that it is due to nutritional deficiency. They gave para and omega fatty acid tablet.
