Bone & Muscle problems

Hello, I have a knee problem. I fell from my bike in January, 2017 and my knee was hurt. I had an X ray of my knee and it was fine but It was difficult to walk for 3-4 days. Now even today whenever I play football or do any heavy movements of my right leg, it hurts. Recently I had went for trekking and while descending I jumped from a height of just 1m and it hurt very much at exact same spot. It's been 1 week now but now also it's painting. Please suggest some treatment.

I had a forearm fracture now the cast is removed I am unable to bend my thumb finger as it pain.and near wrist a little pain.and if I touch the needle at the edge of the wrist I feel a sensation like shock in the thumb finger.please help me.thankyou.awaiting for your reply.i have attached my x-ray please see

I have been suffering from high pain in my left legs whenever I play badminton or just ho for jogging since middle of April.All I am able is just to walk.I consulted 2 doctor around my home but their medicens did not work on me.

I am currently at a mark of 4months post acl surgery! My question is does smoking and consumption of alcohol affect the outcomes of acl surgery?? Will that harm the healing of my acl graft?

My backbone a one bone was folded..and its so much pain..i am a plyer of a rugby and that injuri is give by a my game...its not a vrry old injuri its a 2 months ago ...injuri..and i also xrey my backbone and its hai folded one..and doctors told me to a siti scan of my backbone and its is very expensive so plzz advise my prblm ho is solution thankss
