Bone & Muscle problems

I m 36 years woman. Having Low grade fever from last one year, pain all over joins, irregular periods, increase in weight

After diarrhea every time I start getting swelling my knee,ankle,neck pain ,elbow pain,and this time from March to till completely bed ridden pain along spinal cord,nn left knee swelled,and pain extremely, medication continuing n HLA B27 TEST report is: WEAKLY POSITIVE, what does it mean. Am I will be normal again

I have sevier arm pain but my ecg egg and echo is normal I am a heart patient kept stunt last year.pls give me a correct suggestion I am feeling unhealthy because of this pls Sometimes my arm nerves are palpitations is feeling high where I am sensing it

Crackling sound and pain in knee joint while squatting or sitting down - whenever I squat or sit down, both my knees make sound when knees get bent. I also feel mild pain in knee joint occasionally when I bend knees or I stand for a long time. The pain goes off automatically after couple of minutes when I make movement (like walking). Pls suggest.

I experience severe pain in my left leg right above the ankle. I am unable to walk bare foot and my leg hurts near the ankle. Mornings are bad. Through the day the pain subsides. But sometimes I have pain in the afternoon also.

Recently It has diagnosed in my MRI report "displaced evulsion fracture of greater tuberosity of humerus at the attachment of supraspinatus tendon". I have shown this to the orthopedic surgeon who said that surgery is needed for recovery & the expenditures for this would be around Rs. 1.5 lac. Other hand one of the most well-known orthopedic surgeon said that surgery is not required small bone part has displaced from its original bone so I should take  the proper rest for 2 months with sling arm. Pls guide me the right way what I do in this case. Shall I go for surgery or only proper rest is enough for complete recovery? I'm attaching here my MRI report for your better understanding.

My right arm shoulder has pain i am unable to reach my left shoulder without it "popping out" and becoming painful and losing strength in it

Sir, iam suffering with mixed O.C.D. also taking treatment at NIMHANS, Bangalore since 3years. Doctor advised DAXID 100mg one at night now it is no problem. But since few months iam getting body pains,(joints,muscles). my age is 45, working as teacher sir. i need your valuable suggestions and treatment sir . this is my humble request.
