Moms feet and ankles swelling really bad
My mom had been up a fee day and she has ensomnea and has been cleaning for a few days, she noticed Saturday that her Ankles and Feet and Legs are swelling up really bad. What can I do to help? I rubbed some type of cream on her feet and have them propped up but she is in so much pain..

Hi, ask her to keep the legs over a pillow while sleeping. This will reduce the swelling. But if she has some issues in the legs then show a surgeon.
