Vitamin D defeciency
Hello. I am diagnosed with deficiency of Vitamin D3. Its 15.91 ng/ml. I was advised by the doctor to take 1 "Subneuro" tablet per day for 21 days along with 1 dose of "Cap Uprise D3 60K" per week for 4 weeks.
I am scared to take these medicines as i know all medicines have side effects. I am wondering it the tablets suggested are ok?
